EEEE!! This pix are awesome, thank you so much for sharing!! Got here via chiri_chan's pimpage, and I'm so glad I did. After seeing these, I realize how much of "Abyss" I totally missed the first time around. The episode was emotionally wrenching, but your screencaps clued me in so much better to what was going on behind all the pain. I especially loved seeing the Supes and Dooms logos superimposed on each other just before Chloe takes Dooms/Davis' hand.

It was pretty clear they were going for the idea that Davis replaces Clark in Chloe's affections, but that one visual brought that home to me more vividly than the rest of the whole episode.

And yes, Clark is a JERK, and Chloe is SO going to make him pay for that whole patronizing "I've got to mindrape her to save her!" crap.
