There weren't more details that I remember, lol. I just remember the spoilers came out for this episode, and everyone was complaining about how stupid it sounded when the previous episodes that year were great. Then a fan got to visit the set and they overheard KK bitching about this episode. The words "stupid shit" were definitely used (but I don't remember any other details if there were any).

Anyway, a whole lot of people started loving KK more after that. XD
