Weapons of Class Destruction is 1x18. 1x17 is...like Kanes and Abel's, or something. And even though I too prefer the Hot Dogs kiss, that one was where it all started. Not necessarily my 'shipping obsession, but the last five or so episodes of season 1 were like fan service 101. I hardly think it can be replicated in our lifetimes, because no one will go balls to the wall like that unless they absolutely have to.
And John/Aeryn! I have to say I love the Bad Timing kiss because in so many ways I think it's the perfect ending to the show, but yes, just on pure 'shippiness and OMG!LUST, the SoD kiss is second to none. (I actually find the whole DwTB almost-kiss to be depressing, and I never really think of it as 'shippy, even.)
