See, I liked Davis up until a certain point, and then once he made his choice I decided I didn't care too much for him. The writer's did fail with his character, I'll give you that much. But, at the same time, I believe that Davis was just as much of a monster as Doomsday was, in all honesty. And I'll cite the last scene with him, Chloe, and Jimmy as an example of that any day, because human!Davis split apart from Doomsday the monster, was the one who lunged at Jimmy and tried to kill him in a creepy jealous psychotic rage and Jimmy gave his life to protect Chloe from Davis.
However, I can understand and respect the fact that you and other's might not feel the same way about him, that I felt. It's cool to agree to disagree and leave it at that. :)
I never understood that either about the Chloe/Jimmy marriage, no more than I understood it about Lex/Lana. It was completely disrespectful to both of the characters, the storyline, and the fans of them in general. I wish they would have taken care to cultivate the Chloe/Jimmy storyline better than they did. So, I blame the writer's a lot, for this one as well. Or well, for both of those beautiful relationships that they destroyed so horribly.
See, I didn't care for Doomsday. IDK, I still kinda of feel like everyone's being exceptionally hard on Clark and he's not the only one who makes mistakes. Granted he's been making a lot lately and everyone wants to be loyal to Chloe and I totally get that and understand and haven't been happy with the way that he's been treating her lately, but at the same time I just can't make myself want to be *that* hard on him either.
Although, a little sense being knocked into him couldn't hurt, either. ;)
Well, like I said, I didn't care for Lana around Clark as a ship either. I liked their friendship, though. Muahaha, you got it. Hit the nail on the head, SV takes the lead and leaves its fans in the dust to rot.

You're welcome, I'm sure you will. :)
