I don't think that she was specifically saying that there was a video out there hating on GG that the Chloe/Chlarker/Chlois fans came up with, but rather I think she was basically trying to imply that because GG had done a video, the people involved with the promoting of your campaign and I would assume the person who created the promo vid for it as well were trying to out-do what GG was doing and make you guys look better and them look worse or like they'd copied what you were doing all along. I don't know, maybe that's stretching it a bit. But, that's sort of the vibe that I got off it. And, maybe she was hinting that it was just another dig at the character Lois, which most of the Chloe fans in her mind just don't like.
I can't really speak for what she means or actually thinks, but I can only tell you the vibe that I got when I was reading that. To be honest, I didn't really pay too much attention to what she'd had to say about GG vs your guys campaign either, because I was focusing on other things that she had said in the pm at the time and I hadn't really participated in GG so I didn't think that directly applied to me since I didn't know there was wank on both sides of the coin, I guess. I don't know, at this point I'm confused in all of this.
But, getting back to what you were saying about Shelly, maybe you do make a fair point about her. The thing is, it was still in poor taste for her to make the kind of post that she did and to insist that she shouldn't have to provide proof of the accusation that she was damning a whole section of fandom for, when she already had proof. She was politely asked to show the proof that she had or to point them in the direction of where they could find it. If she would have just done that or even linked to cloiser_trish's original post in her own post that she made without being so derogatory to a whole camp in fandom thta she was essentially jumping all over, then maybe the whole ordeal wouldn't have been quite as bad as it was or spiraled this far out of control.
IDEK...I'm not making excuses for her, because I am just baffled at her actions and I am still pretty much mad about being duped by her.
