UGH HOW ARE THEY SO CUTE.

I am so glad I am finally starting to care about this show! It probably has the best cinematography I've ever seen on a TV show (their DP is the god of all DPs; I can't believe the care put into lighting every shot) but for a long time it was just popcorn TV, and I didn't care about any characters enough to even want to bother capping it.

But I'm starting to like everyone more and more since November sweeps, and most of my issues with the show are starting to be resolved. All the characters are getting more developed, and I love all the relationships growing.

And I love these two together most of all:

Which, I must say, is a total lame guy move that I did not appreciate!

"Look, this thing we've got, it's nice and it feels really good, and I know you want to take the next step."

"I'm...I'm not over Elena. I mean, I don't know if I am. But...
If we go there, then it could mess things up, and we might lose this. And this?

IN CONCLUSION: I LOVE THEM A LOT AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN YAY

...were you allergic to WB teen dramas too or just the crappy CW ones? Because it's so oldskool WB! Showrun by Dawson's Creek guy and everything! There is at least one music montage per episode! I got sucked in just for the nostalgia factor of it being so much like the teen dramas of my youuuuuth. :D

I love them so much! Everyone is torn between Damon/Elena and Stefan/Elena but honestly I don't really care about them as I do with these too! They're so cute and well PEFECT for each other! I really really love this!<3

I don't care about who Elena's with either. I love how everyone's like "just have a threesome already" and that's pretty much my take on it since it would save drama lol. I'm hoping Matt/Caroline end up being the stable couple to ground the series through all the soap operatics though. :D

I love them too. Like so so so much (by the time they were having junkfood in bed, honestly). And I love the lighting on this show too, the people behind it have taken the time to make it feel like it's own little 'universe' and I LOVE that. LOVE it.

Aww how are they so cute *melts* I've always loved Caroline, but Matt didn't make much of an impression on me until his scenes with drunk Caroline, and ever since I've found them just adorable together

I felt exactly the same way as you did about Matt - before, he was just another shallow character, but with his storyline relating to Caroline he's found a new depth. Way to go, writers! :)

WOW. So our views on Smallville are vehemently different but that totally doesn't matter because this? Is made of awesome. These two! How are they so cute? I've stumbled across a couple of your picspams in the past, and they are always stunning. This was no exception - this show is ridiculously beautiful, which was what sold me on it in the first place, and your colouring is amazing. Definitely adding this to my memories. And I want more of Matt and Caroline on my screen immediately.

I love Caroline and I really enjoyed Caroline/Damon but I adore Caroline/Matt they are just saw awesome together.

It's funny when the show first started I was all, Caroline/Damon and Matt/Bonnie, don't really care one way or the other about Elena/Stephan.

Now I really like Bonnie/Stephan (weird, right) and totally love Caroline/Matt.

Still don't care about Elena/Stephan but I really don't want Elena/Damon.

They TOTALLY ARE. The show starts out a little boring but gets super awesome, and they're a fair percentage of the awesome!

I agree! I am loving them so much. During last week's episode my FACE HURT FROM SMILING SO MUCH DURING THEIR SCENES. I really want them to be the lasting steady couple on the show that makes it work while everyone else plays musical chairs. :)
