FORGET HERMAN

THIS GUY IS MY NEW HERO FOR SMALLVILLE PROMOTION.

Last week it was, "TUNE IN TO FIND OUT IF CHLOE'S A TRAITOR!!!!!" in this super peppy voice and I couldn't stop laughing, but this week's is SO MUCH BETTER. Announcer dude is almost cracking up this time.

I CANNOT STOP REWATCHING THIS IT IS PRICELESS
