Yeah, sure, but I wasn't really that impressed by the caps of it, the effects leave some weird grainy border around them, and then when it's gone the last few frames, Chloe's face is mostly out of the shot. :( Here you go though:

Unfortunately I completely agree. That was the one beef I had with Allisons directing this week, I don't like how she had herself framed out of the shot and it wasn't that pretty of a save... but I'm a sucker for the superjump and I've been waiting for Clark to superjump with Chloe for a while so I'm gonna try to work with the scene best I can anways. I don't think the fanart I make will turn out that great but I wanna give it a shot. ;)

I was actually expecting a picspam with your usual excellent commentary but alas it appears you're not all that excited about Chlollie :-). I've been away from fandom a while but am wondering how Chlarkers feel about this ship. It cannot replace Chlark/Chlois but *this* scene was quite sexy and compelling.

I actually liked the idea of them a lot until last year with Requiem. But this season Ollie is still obviously hung up on Lois completely.

It seems like Chloe and Ollie are just gonna be friends with benefits off that scene, but I can't really get excited about it when Chloe is obviously still hung up on real!Clark (her reaction to heroic Stephen this episode), and Ollie is still hung up on Lois. If I thought they were actually switching over to Chlollie for reals, I'd go for it, but they've been pushing Ollie/Lois as this epic unrequited thing for the entire season, so I think those two have to get some payoff.

When Lois snaps her fingers I'm sure Ollie would go back to her happily, so it seems like another setup for Chloe to easily get screwed over and look like second best again. So it's hard for me to get enthusiastic about it overall even if I think it could be fun while it lasts.

I think almost everyone is like, "Well, if this is what it takes for Chloe to have screentime we'll take it," and then some people are mega excited and some people don't care, lol. I'm all for more Chloe though so I'll just see where the story goes.

I totally and completely agree with this. I really like Chlollie but I'm not entirely excited for them because I know that they are both hung up on the other 2 people that are together and, as you said, this will probably end up being a friends with benefits type relationship where they simply use each other to find fun and happiness in the little bit of joy they can muster up. Like Ollie said "sometimes you have to take fun where you can get it" or something to that affect. Both Chloe and Ollie would probably run back to Clark and Lois if they ever asked so I take it as both of them being 2nd best to each other and I'm just going to enjoy their "relationship" while it lasts because JH and AM have chemistry, are pretty together and I hope to see some jealous Clark and Lois!

Yeah, I've read fic for them in the past but it was usually futurefic where Clark and Lois were in a longterm relationship and then Chloe and Ollie had basically given up and decided to go for it with each other. It's not my favorite ending for Chloe, but I think it makes sense in that context.

But this episode made it obvious both of them would still take their shot if Clark and Lois would give it to them. Ollie was still KISSING LOIS ON THE FOREHEAD. WHICH MEANS OTP 4EVAR.

It could be fun and I'm sure it'll be pretty, but I am tired of Chloe being the girl guys settle for when they can't be with the one they really want. And I still miss Davis, because when he wasn't killing people and digging graves for the bodies, he was a real catch. :(

THIS. I know he was a murderer, but Davis and Chloe had some fantastic chemistry and this casual sex/fun thing soooooo could've happened last season. Chlavis never would've ended well, but damn if I would've enjoyed seeing it play out.

Chlollie doesn't exactly bother me, but I'm also not invested beyond thinking they look hot together. And apparently Cloisers are ticked that Chlollie's so much hotter, so that's nice too. :)

You know what? I'm okay with more Chloe screen time. What tickles me is that she (Allison Mack) directed this episode and this makes Chlollie all that more interesting. They have fantastic chemistry.
