(no subject)

Also a longer press release was issued for MR's return, which has the same quotes as the original TVLine article, but this part is interesting:

Rosenbaum exited at the end of season seven after Lex confronted Clark (Tom Welling) in the Fortress of Solitude. Years of secrets came to a head as Clark’s former friend finally discovered the truth about Clark’s alien heritage. The rivalry between the two culminated into a final showdown and crumbled, literally, under an icy avalanche as the Fortress fell. Lex’s body was never found. Now, Lex has risen from the ashes to fulfill his place in destiny as Clark Kent’s greatest nemesis.

LEX'S BODY WAS NEVER FOUND

SOUNDS LIKE NEITHER DARTH NOR AN MR VERSION OF VOLDEMORT. :')

MY BB IS BACK, ACCEPT NO CRAPPY CLONED SUBSTITUTES

THE ONLY WAY THIS PRESS RELEASE COULD MAKE ME HAPPIER IS IF IT WERE AMENDED TO SAY, "YEARS OF SECRETS AND LIES CAME TO A HEAD..."

I love that the MR news is all over the place. Lex Luthor's return caused a way bigger buzz than anything else this season.

Oooh, yes. And it's bigger news than the impending wedding that isn't happening and only one section of the fandom (and ED) thinks is. I'm certain they think if they mention it enough, show their anger enough they think they bring the PTBs to heel to do what they want.
