I know that last time I went to Harajuku, that one shop above the lingerie store on Takeshita-doori was selling bunches of tickets for the Tokyo showings. Don't know if you'd be around for the Tokyo or the Osaka showing times, but if you don't mind paying a crazy amount you could probably still go for Tokyo if you really really wanted ^^
