Ugh, why couldn't they have ended the fail THERE. I'd still have been like, "Way to be a dick and not be there for Chloe at the funeral, Clark." Because that's how I roll. I always take Chloe's side. But just this I could have dealt with.
But it's the fact that he wasn't there for her, and then immediately goes to track her down afterwards so he can RUB SALT IN HER WOUNDS that has me screaming incoherently inside.
Fucking Smallville.
