Though frankly I think they just got cold feet on killing ED, and looked and saw that Jimmy Olsen: Divorcee would be a perma-hurdle for some. SO they just killed him.
I am hoping for a time reset in the premiere where Clark can die, undie, Jimmy can rise like a Zombie, and Nois can die. Because when one fucks up this much the only thing to do is START OVER.
