So I read this all the way through and all that kept running through my head was that, I need an icon with 'The Chloe Mafia' because well...I've kind of fallen in love with the term :D
I also like Chloefen and Chlarmy. It just makes me sad that I might not rank very highly in any of these organizations.
As for the insanity, I have no words really. I have no idea why she is stealing your work over and over again. Is it just because she's 16 or is it because she's crazy? ;)
Other Cloisers calling her out? It won't really happen because this fandom and the show itself breeds hate amongst its factions and people stick together no matter what. Sad but true and even expected.
I think you're amazing for handling this like you are, with a little bit of humour and a lot of detail and logic :)
