I totally missed the KryptonCybil but read up on it again recently on fandomwank and was dying of laughter.
We had been looking into it in bits and pieces for ages and the ONE WEEK I go on vacation with no internet - it broke! I was having to go drive up to the public library while *on vacay* to weigh in as a mod. It is the most surreal thing ever in fandom as we went digging and digging. But I was like "Damn ye beach and ocean! What I would not give for some broadbandy goodness!"
It is perhaps the most bizarre thing as Craig and another friend of mine were AT the Paisley festival where the proposal that triggered all of this actually HAPPENED. What is a shame is I don't think F_W has the tip-off point of wank where people couldn't determine if asking TW to marry you was APPROPRIATE OR NOT and IF IT WAS A JOKE... OR NOT.
Which at one time was the most ridiculous wank I thought I would ever see. Sadly it no long is.
They may be douches but you know exactly what you're getting with them!
