I really think paying attention to the meta (like the coffee meta, which I love Sue for thinking of) is the most accurate way to watch this show. The meta almost always substantiates what we learn through showing, whereas if you pay attention to what the show tells us, it makes no sense and is all gobbly-gook of epic proportions.
