If Nino and Aiba really were the ones organizing most of it, then that explains a lot. Up until now, the group has relied entirely on Jun to organize the concerts so it must've been tough without Jun there to do it or even look things over properly. But since promotions for his movie is over and Hanadan movie not coming out for a while, there's plenty of time to make improvements for the next concert with Jun's input. :D
However, I do admit not including A.Ra.Shi in the song list is just uncalled for and I'm really curious about the reason for keeping it out. They've always sung A.Ra.Shi; why take it out now? Even if Aiba and Nino were the ones organizing it, I can't understand why they would leave out a song that practically comes hand-in-hand with their group. I'm having my doubts that it's due to time constraint since they should know the choreography by heart at this point. I just hope they realize how odd the concert feels without it and sticks it in for the next concert.
