UGH THE LAST CHLARK SCENE, PRETTIEST EVER Y/N?!!!! I took like...probably eighty caps of it for my own purposes. I cannot believe how gorgeous both of them looked.

I love Met Gen as much as I loathed Smallville Medical Center's fug. COLORS! BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL COLORS!
If we spent half as much time in Met Gen as we did in Smallville Medical, I would not even complain!


Not a fan of the new Chloemobile, but I'm guessing Nois picked it out since they share it, and then Chloe got her vespa.
Why has there not been more Vespa? I want to see Chloe riding that thing! It's the only vehicle she's had with personality since the VW. :(

"We have to leave town. Separately."
"What? Am I losing you, Clark? If this is goodbye, I'm not saying it."
"No! Chloe, when this all dies down, I'll find you! I promise!"

I LOVE THEM AND ALL THE TOUCHING IN THIS SCENE.
Also, their breath in the air! All of the outside scenes this episode were actual exteriors and not the stupid ugly backlot that looks fake! LOVE IT.

She shreds the barn photo, and on the table there are the papers she was scribbling on in "Zod" with all the kryptonian symbols. Also her profile on Clark that she wrote up for her "crib sheet" in "Abyss." I continue to want to write love notes to the prop department.

FUCK, YES.

So should have been the last scene. Also, I totally resent that we might never get to see that medicine stockroom again! STUNNING. Love to see the set designers making something that gorgeous on a budget. I'm hoping it makes a reappearance next week somehow. :(

Look behind Chlark, lol. In the last cap, the same sign is being obscured by that tree on the corner. So not only does Chloe win the coffee ship war, but she also walks down the same street together with Clark, that he couldn't cross in the last scene to meet Nois. DIVORCE PAPERS ARE NEEDED ASAP PLZ.
Ugh, so pretty! How so pretty, show?! I was so iffy about buying this one off iTunes because I didn't enjoy the episode that much, but I am so, so glad I did. SO PRETTY.

Date: 2009-03-14 03:01 pm (UTC)Yeah, I noticed the back layers too and wasn't a big fan (I don't mind this length at all, though when they were ironing it out at the end of S5, that was probably my favorite era for her overall), but...LOWLIGHTS! I AM SO HAPPY.
They didn't; he carried her into the barn, but let go of her as soon as he put her down, and they didn't touch again. Why did you make me watch that againnnn. :(
Yup, that's what I'm hoping for! I adore it, the production design team outdid themselves with that.

This isn't the first time they've done color tricks with her hair which is why I'm like, yes on purpose. Thought I do have to say this is looking like one of their more emphatics.

Date: 2009-03-14 05:24 pm (UTC)Oh I always thought so. I always htough Nois got blonder, as Chloe got little bit browner and less goldeny so they were close in hair color and would start reversing them.
But yeah, the lowlights are the key I think.
Wow. No touching for Cnois (which is great after they took the kiss away, AGAIN.)
