I made a top 25 list of my favorite SV episodes for funsies, and realized that I have only picspammed, like...four of them. THIS IS NOT GOOD.

And so...





AKA, ALICIA BAKER IS ONE HOT CRAZY BITCH.

I have the biggest girlcrush ever on Sarah Carter in her SV episodes. I looked her up on IMDB to see what she'd been doing with herself recently and found out she was recurring on CSI:NY. So I queued her first two episodes up on YouTube, and she is so not adorable anymore! :(

Her voice sounded all raspy like either she'd smoked three zillion cigarettes since SV, or she was trying to make herself sound more grown-up and sexyyyy. That combined with the boringness of, um, being on CSI made her seem like...every other generic pretty blonde on TV. I WAS SO SAD.

Oh, and this is the absolute worst Chloe look in the history of the show. This entire outfit is a mess, and the way-too-heavy eyeliner does not help.

What's worse is she wore this same thing in Shattered and I can't believe anyone thought this outfit was a good idea once, much less twice.

I feel like they had too much fun with this one because their chemistry was so good,

I LOVE SARAH CARTER IN THIS SCENE. SHE IS SO GOOD.

I love how she goes from hysterical mess to STONE COLD PSYCHO KILLER in five seconds or less. ♥





THE LETTUCE. AND HOW EVEN NOW THEIR SEXUAL TENSION IS THROUGH THE ROOF.






I really love how Chloe helps out in this one by getting the ball rolling, but Clark is still extremely smart and capable
and manages to get everything done on his own. He's so likable in this episode.

Oh man! Obsession seriously is one of my favorite episodes. No matter how many times I watch it I can't get over how freaking CUTE Clark and Alicia were. I wish they had kept Alicia around more. Sarah Carter is adorable. She popped up on Dirty Sexy Money last year I believe and she was still cute although I don't remember much about whether or not she was trying to do an annoying sexsay voice. If they ever want to re-animate Alicia's corpse I'm so down. I'm sure Clark would have more chemistry with zombie!Alicia than Lois.

The cardboard knife still makes me lol. As down Ian Somerhalder's secret diary. I thought you were making up the line about marital arts until I squinted at the cap and saw that you weren't. OMG I love the prop people most of all on this show!

This and Unsafe are the BEST. I wish they'd kept Alicia around more too, but 1) I kind of think it would be even more impossible to care about the hamster wheel ever again if Alicia and Clark had more episodes to SET THE TV SCREEN ON FIRE, and 2) three episodes was the exact right amount of time for SV to do something right and not ruin it lol. Though I am still rooting for a zombie appearance.

THE SECRET DIARY IS AMAZING. I love that Lionel supposedly sent him expressly to spy on Lana and Clark and basically he has a few pages of, "I think Lana is into Clark and Clark is into Lana and also maybe I should do a better job of hiding how I was almost Batman." I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN RID OF YOU TOO IF I WERE LIONEL, ADAM, YOU ARE THE WORST SPY EVER.

I watched this episode earlier in the year and it was so awesome. And then you picspam it a few months later to boost up the awesome factor lmfao

KK's facial expressions in this episode were priceless. And Clark was really enjoyable in the episode too, I loved the scene in the loft with Alicia and his explanation to Jonathan about Alicia popping into his room. It was a lot more better than the explanation of the panties in his room in Spell lmfao

AND IT NEVER ENDS. D: S3 was so tragic in Clana angst and it WENT ALL THE WAY UNTIL THE SEASON FINALE. Lana's sarcasm faces kill sfm.

BUT THEY WERE MAGIC PANTIES.

I can't lie, I kind of love the cheesetastic airport scene in the finale! It's just...so oldskool WB with the alt-pop song blaring and the slo-mo! S3 was mostly annoying but they did have the occasional good moment for the lulz, and I thought that was one of them. My other S3 fave is in Perry when Lana tells him that they can't break up because her DEAD PARENTS told her they belong together or whatever.

I might keep plowing down through the list picspamming it (upon closer look I've done just eight so far counting this one), but starting from 25, it's: Obsession, Drone, Unsafe, Vessel, Transference, Freak, Fracture, Eternal, Progeny, Noir, Arrival, Wrath, Memoria, Traveler, Beast, Splinter, Solitude, Mortal, Hidden, Zod, Asylum, Vengeance, Commencement, Shattered, and Nemesis. :D

The cheesiness of that scene was so high up, haha. But then again, it's like they do something to boost the cheesiness on the Clana scale when it gets to the season finale. My ears felt like Clark's did in Siren when Lana said, "Maybe some of us want to celebrate the day you came into our lives" in Calling.

I LOVE WRATH SO MUCH. A huge part of why I love Nemesis was because I was going, "OMG THEY'RE ACTUALLY GOING THERE WITH LANA?!?!" and Wrath was such good payoff for all that built-up craaaaaaazy. I love Lex being like, "BUT CLARK WON'T LOVE YOU IF HE FINDS OUT YOU'RE BATSHIT CRAZY AND EVIL, LANA! I, ON THE OTHER HAND, EMBRACE IT! Yeah, I was really disappointed. After SV I really thought she was gonna make it big; she took what wasn't a particularly impressively-written role and became such a fan favorite instantly! I was so sad to see her being boring and uncute on CSI. :(

Was not much of a Clalica shipper, but they were cute (and Alicia as yet another Chloe stand in makes me smile). All the colors, though, man. And I love how mid-s3 they worked in as much normal HS stuff as possible to help counterweight how being stuck with Lionel was terrible.

I honestly think counterweighting s6-s9 with actual college stuff would have helped it a lot.

When I scroll through my SV picspam tag, you can tell which are the oldskool episodes and which are the new ones just from the palette. The old episodes worked blue into the color scheme a lot more effectively and made it look vibrant. The show is so yellow now.

...I would hope they would have graduated by S8 though. XD

Clark Kent would totally still be in college from s9 (he'd have to transfer to Met U after all which adds a semester/year, plus the semester off at the end of s5/early s6 too.)

And the hilarious things they could do?

Defeat Zod or pass your mid term? Stop crime or make study group? Have someone (Jimmy would be great here) be an annoyingly snoopy college roomate! They could have actually introduced/used Lori Lemaris which could have actually broadened the story more. HE COULD ACTUALLY WRITE A TERM PAPER!

Wow, that was sooooooo beautiful. Thanks for all the work you put into this - it's just so beautiful. And yes, I totally love the chemistry between these two. I just wish they'd played it as a two parter to give more time for a genuine bond to form between them. I always thought there was a missed opportunity there because I can't help but think Lionel was responsible for the elevator accident to see if there was anything special about Clark - I don't believe in coincidences! And then in the second episode have her go off her rocker, maybe because she's jealous Clark saved someone else and she wants him all of him.
