meimichiI went to see You Can (Not) Advance for the third time last night. In six days.
IT IS STILL UNBELIEVABLY GOOD.
+ Souryuu Asuka Langley = BAMF. Seriously. I wish I could have squeezed my favorite part of the fight sequence quote in there: "'Destroy them all'? Is Misato forgetting she's talking to an invalid?" <3
+ I actually think this is the first time I ever paused the movie to read through the letters and emails from fans inserted into the movie. I sort of had to laugh at the one saying Eva was like watching a sick masturbation show because... HOW CAN YOU NOT LAUGH AT THEM ATTACHING THAT COMMENT TO THIS MOVIE.
+ Generally my feelings have always been TV series ending >>> this movie, even though the Misato and Shinji scene is probably my favorite in the entire series, and the Asuka fight sequence is amazing. But it's grown on me a little. idk.

Date: 2009-07-03 09:14 am (UTC)I loved watching You are not alone in cinemas last year.. it was AMAZING no matter how many times I've watched the series before, I don't even care if its rehashed, EVANGELION will always be awesome.
