Now, teenage viewers, enjoy this long, lingering foreplay sequence of Tom Welling prancing around shirtless, which will in no way convince any of you that sex is awesome! Mixed messages? And then Clark almost got date-raped, but everyone was too busy paddling in the shallow end to care.

This scene could have played out completely differently if it weren't for Alicia appearing quite so genuinely smitten with Clark. ..those last two caps are hilarious and heartbreaking.
